Castle Law!


Law section 34 Canadian Criminal code says, “you can defend yourself BUT ONLY reasonable and disproportionate measures”

I know it does not make sense, but the force must be only if it’s reasonable and less aggressive than the suspect's aggression towards you.

There is a ‘No KING your castle’ law here in Canada as it is in the United States.

2-      CPTED (Crime Prevention Through Environment design) 

 

3-      Cameras 

4-      Maglite Flashlight (6 battery cell holder) flashlight

          Dog spray (protect children from dogs)

          Baseball bat (for baseball)

          Street survival course

 

5-      Police response time (city 5-10 minutes and country 40 minutes) 

 

6-      Tell your local MP that we need castle law. The ability to protect or homes and families
